Still no json formatting?
I asked about Json (and YAML) like 2 years ago, and I saw someone else was asking for it in Powershell (and there was even a feature request submitted that is gone now?) It seems like it should be such a simple thing to have json formatting. No? I mean, Notepad++ can do it. It's format/syntax is lik...

Re: GitHub with SSO
For now, following the Github instructions on "Creating a personal access token for the command line" link: https://help.github.com/en/articles/creating-a-personal-access-token-for-the-command-line Make sure to run the command line show in the "Using a token on the command line"...

GitHub with SSO
I'm trying to use PowerShell studio with GitHub. Our GitHub Org has SAMLSSO enforced, and PowerShell Studio isn't working to access GitHub. GitHub Desktop works fine (maybe because it uses browser cookies where I'm already auth'ed?) I can create a GitHub access token to use here, but it doesn't look...

Re: Language formatting for YAML, JSON etc
Yea mostly coloring. It sucks because the indents in YAML is "two spaces", so if normal indent is something different that's probably a feature of the editor as a whole not the language definition. I'm actually surprised there's no JSON Language in PrimalScript, that's an extremely common ...

Language formatting for YAML, JSON etc
Seems like PrimalScript doesn't support these kinds of configuration files for formatting. (oddly enough, PrimalPad "kind of" does display them will with collapsible regions, etc) Is there any plan to do so? If you don't know, YAML is a terrible file format which some cloud tools utilize. ...

File Association Not Working in Windows 8.1
I think this happens with Windows 8.0 too, but I don't have a machine around to test it on. If you go into options and associate file types with PrimalScript the message says that the association worked fine, however the association is not actually made. Additionally if I right click a file and sele...

PrimalXML: Start Page above file
Small but annoying bug. To reproduce - PrimalXML is not yet running, and Start Page enabled. - Double click an XML file to open with Primal XML. The file opens in PrimalXML, but then the Start Page tab takes focus. If PrimalXML is already open, it sets the tab focus correctly. This behavior doesn't ...

Ribbon - Visual Text Upscaling on Windows 8.1
Windows 8.1 does a beautiful job of scaling the resolution along with screen elements so that you have a high resolution without text being too tiny to see. It does this by default on higher resolution screens like 1080. I do not know what causes this, but some applications adapt to this just fine, ...

Primal Script 2012: A Decent Icon
The icon for PrimalScript 2012 looks horrible on the Windows 7 taskbar!I know this may seem trivial to some, but it bothers me a lot. Because of the white background of the icon, it appears like it's the "document icon" from Windows Explorer with an overlay. It kind of makes the program fe...
