Re: Productivity Pack licence for SSS 2012 customers

Dear David, Thank you for your answer. I will probably upgrade to SAPIEN Software Suite 2014. My question was based on the info available on the Productivity Pack page that have been updated right now to: These tools are completely free to our software customers with an active subscription. All you ...

Productivity Pack licence for SSS 2012 customers

Dear SAPIEN Support, I just installed the latest version of the Productivity Pack tools and I am wondering if, as a SAPIEN Software Suite 2012 customer, I am entitled for the licence key. I checked on my account as indicated on the Productivity Pack page: These tools are completely free to our softw...

Re: End of line in PrimalPad 2012

Alexander,

I checked the latest version (x64 and x86) and now it is OK.
It actually maintain the current EOL of the file.

Curiously, even if they are digitally signed on 31 January 2014, the file timestamp within the zip file is 15/08/2012. ;-)

Thanks.

Kind regards,

End of line in PrimalPad 2012

I really like PrimalPad and I use it as a lightweight editor beside PrimalScript but there's a setting a really can't find: End of line settings. Sometimes it's really important to preserve the current EOL settings of a file but PrimalPad seems to replace all the EOL sequences with an LF. I tried to...

Location of .msi files

Dear SAPIEN Support, I recently reinstalled my computer and installed the latest versions of your software. I noticed that the installer places some files in the "%APPDATA%\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc" folder and some on the "%LOCALAPPDATA%\SAPIEN" instead of the %ProgramData%. In p...

Issue running Profile Manager

Thank you again for your quick answer.
I think I'll send some feedback to Microsoft because the documentation doesn't match my setup and I think is misleading.

I'll try to use the new PowerShell Studio to build a Profile Manager that supports my configuration. ;-)

Issue running Profile Manager

Thanks for the quick answer. I've checked my configuration and here are the results. The %userprofile% variable is defined and points to C:UsersRMassone, where the profile is located. I suppose the Profile Manager should retrieve the path to the "My Documents" folder instead of assuming it...

Issue running Profile Manager

Dear SAPIEN Support, I'm experiencing some issue when running PowerShell Profile Manager if the "My Documents" folder path has been changed. The current user setup has many profile folders moved to another partition using the Windows UI (Folder Properties -> Location -> Move). When I run t...
