I would guess that I typically have 15-25 files open when I am seeing this. I can't scroll through it to see them all to verify. They are mostly just ps1 script files with maybe a psm file or two. They are located on my local hard drive (which does sync to OneDrive). The files are all "pinned&q...

Yes, it was happening every time I started it up. I do have it remember files open on last startup, but I was unable to close any tabs to see if it was a particular file that was causing it. That looks like it did it. I will recreate my settings as restoring from a backup causes the same error.

I'm not sure what changed, but I have rebooted a couple of times (and received a new insider build, as well) and it now seems to be working. Thanks for your help in learning some more things to look at.
