hi.is that setting the menu script, script packager, general, engine type to cscript (rather than wscript). if i wanted to include additional files to (like .ini or text file to read in) would i add them with the embed a custom manifest?thanks much.

yes, sir.exe runs in normal user mode.pleading total ignorance to "SAPIEN Script Host (command line) as your hosting option."this script is compiled on workstationA, and started in cmd environment from net file share on workstations 1....n at startup.what have i missed, and how do i remedy...

thanks, alexander.have you any idea about which dll that might be? does a compiled script use different dll(s) than the interpreted script? (noting that the "readable" script runs fine and the compiled doesn't)thanks.

Unable to see, and finish out, a longer filename. name box only goes so far right, and can't add more characters or scroll right any further.

went to modify the 4.1 install, (downloaded from web), and it had checks for "everything" install.

sorry, j. if i select text from one frame and do ctrl-c, it does not copy selected into buffer. if i use the menu option edit, copy, it gets to the buffer and works correctly.. the report save was a fallback, but might be useful as a poor-man's CM tool if it were saved on a sharepoint (or similar). ...
