If there was an existing infection beside Primal Script I should have at least one more entry in the quarantine log which I don't have! The behaviour I described was at work. Yesterday my Primal Script installation did download the following update: Primal Script 7.3.107_091217_x64 The installation failed (see screenshot 1) because Kaspersky endpoint security (version 10.2.5.320 with latest updates) quarantined two files (see screenshot 2). Hello David,

I followed the instructions in the link without any luck; I still get the same error. When I look at the CAB file it isn't digitally signed.

Do you have any other suggestions?
