The path is \\cl-file\gpo as an example. The program explorer.exe version 10.0.10240.16405 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. It is within any folder accessed through UNC. Interestingly enough there is no impact with the UNC is mapped and accessed through a drive letter.

I am having an issue with the Shell extensions for VersionRecall and ChangeVue.
When these applications are installed on Windows 8.1/10, when right clicking on files on a UNC path Explorer crashes.

We just purchased and registered S3, but when trying to unlock the software, we receive a password incorrect dialog box. We have logged out, logged in, and reset the password on the website, but have not had any luck with the software. Please help!
