It's a false positive. Submit the file to your antivirus provider for verification and exclusion.

UTF-8 is not unicode. But it should be available soon.

The current work-around is to encode all your files in unicode. That should make it work just fine.
A patch is imminent.

The encoding is shown on the status bar. Clicking on it opens a menu that allows to change encoding. PrimalScript and PowerShell Studio can resolve, include that is, any dot sourced files into the packaged executable. I didn't assume it was code related. But narrowing the scope where we need to look makes things go faster.
Are you dot sourcing and resolving scripts when packaging? What is the encoding of your files?
Package with the V5 command line host and see if you get any error messages that way.
