What does "Synchronize newer files" do?
In the Properties window of a repository is a checkbox, that is UNchecked by default, labeled: "Synchronize newer files". I've looked through the help files and documentation but haven't found a description of what this does.

Thanks. It started right back up no problem. I'm not sure why it was hogging CPU. We have 7 repositories watched, log updates is checked, update every 60 minutes. I spoke too soon. The trial on the Windows 7 machine will run manually but the Windows server will not. I've updated the service to run at elevated permission levels. The log has multiple entries at update times saying each of the repositories I've set up are offline?
