Hi Don, If you would take a look at the encoded files that are being generated you will see that the first character of the encoded file is being replaced with two (2) question marks. By manually replacing this with a ' character the encoded file then works as it always did before. SO All Microsoft ...

Yes that is exactly the one I had found, and the ONLY one.
From reading it I can see that this MUST be a mistake, on Microsofts part.
I can NOT think that they want to kill all of the web-sites that are using their software, that would be very counter productive to all, even them.
