Try uninstalling and installing it again. Please make sure you have sufficent rights when installing.
It also helps if you can describe exactly when that message appears.
Do you see the splashscreen? The window?

Ok, I verified with the test folks that they ran your scenario and it worked.
Now we have to figure out what is different.
Jeff will set up a test and we will keep you posted.

PS 2007 is the official name. If you use 4.5 we will also know what you mean. If any script gives you trouble in PS 2007 please let us know
and how to reproduce it. We did very extensive beta testing, but in the end it is only software.
