Product, version and build: 7.2.82 32 or 64 bit version of product: 64 Operating system: win 10 1511 32 or 64 bit OS: 64 I just went to the 2016 version and either cannot find the file browser tab or it is no longer available. If that is the case, please bring it back. Frankly, I need it. (yes, NEED...

Re: ScriptMerge recent entries
I log onto my workstation using my 'normal' account. I then run PS and ScriptMerge using my 'a' account. Thus, ckinga is an admin account. To be clear, I always do a 'run as admin' and use ckinga for PS and SM. This has access to the share/etc. If I pin local drive\folders (c:\ for example) it works...

ScriptMerge recent entries
I usually compare two folders. (dev/prod) Once I have done this, it shows up in recent places fine and I can pin it. But clicking on that brings up a 'Select Files to Compare' and the OK is greyed out. I have tried adding a * but no results. I just want to say 'yes, compare these folders'...is this ...

Re: Updater fails to download
Perhaps it was an intermittent issue but I will have to wait till the next update to see. To be clear, I manually downloaded and ran the update. I just now ran the updater on my old Windows 8.1 workstation and it seems to be downloading just fine. Logged in as same user, on same VLAN/etc. Main diffe...

Updater fails to download
I have never gotten the updater to work. Is there special ports it needs as opposed to what happens when I manually download it off the website? (which I just did) See Screenshot for error. I am at 7.1.66 trying to go to 7.1.68 (64bit) Windows 10 Also, not to cloud this issue but I just downloaded 7...

Re: cut and paste and retain color syntax
Totally different edit controls in these two products. Very few people ever asked for this. PrimalScript just does not copy color coded to the clipboard. Everyone here jump in if you need this. Let us know. Thanks, I am sure there is more to it so I will leave it to the masses. I just put a functio...

cut and paste and retain color syntax
I posted something like this years ago to the 'wishlist' forum and did not get any replies. Now, I just cut and pasted from PrimalScript Profile Editor 2015 to an email and it retained it's color formatting! If I do this from PS (7.1.63) it does not keep the colors. (also works with Powershell ISE a...

Re: CR after insert snippet
Ok, I realize that the Date snippet was read-only and I was not really editing it.
By removing the blank line after $DATE, I was able to get what I wanted. Thanks-ck

CR after insert snippet
Version 7.1.58 (PS 2015)
If insert snippet it adds a carriage return. I tried editing the Date snippet but to no avail. Been an annoyance for long time.
Any options?
#before put cursor after colon
# DATE :
#
#after cursor on newline
# DATE : 2/18/2015

Re: Error when creating or editing a snippet
Never mind, I forgot I could upgrade to PS 2015--the snippet editor works in that version.
