In the mean time, you can download and install the prerequisites, ScriptMerge and SAPIEN Updates, from your Registered Products page under Free Downloads.

Yes, that looks correct. You should be able to select the PowerShell 7 console from the console panel. This does not automatically switch when changing the platform.

You need to go to Options and configure the console panel under Console.
