2012 upgrade path
Where is this xml file you refer to? I assume it has to be in my profile somewhere but I actually suspect that most of these settings are stored in my registry.

cut and paste syntax highlighed code
I can cut and paste code from SQL Management Studio/VS into an email/etc. and it retains its color syntax highlighting. I am sure there is more to it than meets the eye (no pun intended) but it would be great to have that in PS 2012. -ck

start page and minimize ribbon
Sorry, I should really do more testing before posting. Ok, the issue seems to actually happen when you open a link under newsfeed from the start page. So, I open Primal Script and the Start page opens. I can click on recent files and they open fine. Switching back to start page, everything is fine. ...

When I minimize ribbon and go to start page, the ribbon sticks open. At that point I don't see the tabs of any open files. Windows 7 64 bit.PS 2012 6.5.121

Main one positioned my window by calling a vbs script. I have Ultramon and use the Ultramon objects to set up my window. Not a show stopper as I can just open the script and run it. // open script and run to set window size and position of Primal ScriptFileOpen("F:PositionWnd_ps.vbs");RunS...

Yeah, I know but after years of complaining I thought you would remember and give me an option. I know this is a point release and at the end of the day it won't take me long to set up my environment but some things might be 'nice' to transfer over. -c

So, are macros finally dead in PS 2012? I really like them. I have a couple of *.pscmd files I need to figure out a way to replace. Windows 7 64 bit.PS 2012 6.5.121

2012 upgrade path
So, am I missing something? I installed PS 2012 and it did not seem to upgrade my 2011. Hmmmm. If that is the case, fine. I will deal and maybe I did not look hard enough but I did not find any docs on upgrade procedure/etc. Comments? -ck

Can't use language based help
Now I just clicked on Write-Host and hit F1 in PS script and it works. I tried New-Object ant that now works too.Maybe it took some warming up but this is what I mean by flighty. It seems inconsistent. But, I still love PrimalScript.
