Problem downloading large file with FTP component
I have used the FTP component in a script to automate the daily download and processing of a file from an FTP site. This script has been working well for some time, but it started to fail this morning. The downloaded file is usually between 5 and 200MB, but today it is around 1GB in size. The downlo...

Primalscript 2009 5.0.622 crashes on load
I've uninstalled the (trial) version of ChangeVue and that seems to have done the trick.
Thanks for your help and have a great Christmas.

Primalscript 2009 5.0.622 crashes on load
I've recently updated PrimalScript to 5.0.622 and it's now crashing every time I load a Powershell script. Both scripts I've tried have large multi-line here-strings that run off screen at the inital view of the script. Here are the error reporting details from the last crash: AppName: primalscript....

OK, I've mailed the file to you.
You're right - once the file.history file is gone the File menu behaves just fine. Thanks again for your help.

It's on its way.
There is a file.history file in the folder. Should I delete it and try again?

Problems with build 5.0.619
Alex,
You're right about the snippet, it seems to be related to just one of them. I can send you a copy if you think it'll be useful.
I've already got the file history disabled for network drives. I'll let you know how things are when I've re-installed 618.

Problems with build 5.0.619
I installed Primascript 5.0.619 this morning, and I'm already going to have to revert to 5.0.618. I have two issues that are giving me big problems. Problem 1: Fatal hang when loading snippet Open Primalscript Ctrl+N to load new .vbs file based on default template Ctrl+A... Del to clear the file con...

New file open/save dialog
Sorry it's taken so long to reply. Work & holiday got in the way :) I suppose the main thing I don't like is that, whilst it's similar to the standard dialogs, it's not the same and doesn't really behave in the same manner. I would much rather have the standard Windows file...Open and file...Sav...

New file open/save dialog
I see that the latest build of PS2009 has had a new file open/save dialog that replaces the Windows standard one. I personally find this a bit of a pain as, whilst it looks nice, the functionality is not the same as the Windows one and the form elements are laid out differently. I find that this slo...

PrimalScript 2009 keeps crashing
I've been running 5.0.615 for a while now and it's still losing the folds on occasion, but a quick Ctrl+S fixes them.
I've not had any crashes with this version, so it looks like you've nailed that one. I have had a few 30 second hangs when I click the File menu though.
