Re: MSI Default install Path

Hello

1st command opens setup prompt with next buttons , while install path remains incorrect
2nd command is same
3rd command helped - path is correct when the path is checked.

however question remains why path in studio adds incorrect drive letter to msi package ;)

Re: MSI Default install Path

hello

X: drive exists on a disk as a normal path and is not a network path either.
I am not elevating the installer, because i am running it logged in as built in administrator

what will happend if you shrink your disk - and create x: drive forcefully - lets say 1 GB partition ?

MSI Default install Path

Hello

i have created MSI with default install path to X:\Windows\... however when MSI is compiled, drive letter is set to C:
is that something non-supported by MSI packages itself ?

Re: Could not create temporary folder - MSI

Hello Alexander

see attached pictures. I can only build MSI when temp points to the Sapien folder > Files. Even if i create another folder inside Sapien and add there full permissions, i still get an error. i will attach psbuild in next post
