I checked the .psbuild file, it has no setting at all, and according to the day modified it's new I was able to set user and password and save .psbuild file just fine with no problem So, i have several questions: 1. We have confirmed this is a bug and are currently working on getting a fix out.

To prevent the prompt in the meantime, you can rename CacheCheck.exe in the application install folder.
