Or you can launch primalscript.exe as
PrimalScript /NOSPLASH
from a command line. Most likely there is some
dialog blocking it hidden underneath. Please let us know what it is.

Please note that you cannot share a license among multiple users. You must obtain a proper license for each user.
SAPIEN software is always licensed per user and never per CPU.

No luck producing this so far. Can you provide more specific steps?
How many COM objects do you add?
Which and HOW do you delete them?
When exactly does the crash occur, when you press the remove button or on closing the dialog?

Usually when a dll cannot be registered some dependency or prerequisite is not installed.
