Sorry that's typo on my side I'm indeed on version 5.6.166 I just copied/pasted the wrong version from another post ;-)

And can confirm issue is still present with .166 build.

I just uploaded the file, for what I can see this seems to be related to ActiveRoles module which is installed on my machine and for which there is no counterpart in the Technet gallery as this is a binary module installed with a proprietary product.
