Thanks for the suggestion, did that and it found nothing. All files it needs are installed. And I would assume so anyway because it works for hours, then just quits. ASP nor VB6 DLL can access the component, they both come up with the same error. Its really strange.

Have you tried my suggestion to instantiate the object as a session variable and re-use it rather than create it every single time?
