Product, version and build: PrimalScript 2016 Version 7.2.84
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
Operating system: Windows 7 Enterpise
32 or 64 bit OS: 64
I am trying to get primal sense working for Excel.Application. I think I saw something in the one article that if I am running the 64 bit version of PrimalScript that I cannot see 32 bit versions of office apps for primalsense.
1. Is that true?
2. Can I install both 32 and 64 bit versions of PrimalScript at the same time?
3. Can I just add a typelib reference?

Re: PrimalSense for Excel.application
Yes, COM objects generally cannot cross these boundaries unless they are written in .NET or specifically made for BOTH platforms.
I would not advise to install both. I don't think the installer even lets you. The 32 bit version of PrimalScript will do everything the 64 bit version does. Expect support 64 bit COM objects of course.
Yes, you can add a typelib reference. But be aware that in some cases the 32 and 64 bit typelibs are distinctly different and may not load on the other platform.

Ok so I will uninstall 64 bit PrimalScript and install 32. Do I need to deactivate the license before I do or will it recognize it when I reinstall.
Re: PrimalSense for Excel.application
You should not need to deactivate the license. I just tested it to verify on my end and I was able to uninstall the 64-bit version of PrimalScript and replace it with the 32-bit version without issue.
Of course, if you do happen to run into trouble just let us know and we'll gladly get it taken care of for you.
