Hey,
I'm having a couple of an annoying problems with PSE 4.1.531.
Cannot "Edit with PrimalScript" after right clicking on a file unless PS is open already. Nothing happens otherwise.
Updating does not work because it does not recognise I have PS installed.
The insert image function on this page does not seem to work.
Cheers
Stephan

Bob.
Could you provide some more details?
What type of file? Extensions?
What exact build do you have?

PS professional 4.1.531
it doesn't happen everytime but very frequently (usually with .vbs files)
the initial screen appears then disappears
we're left with a PrimalScript_ex process that takes 99% CPU

Can you please export the following key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTVBSFileShellEdit With PrimalScript
and send it to the same email address?
Rename the .reg file to .txt please before sending

I am sorry, I was not clear enough.
You sent a screenshot, but I need you to right click in regedit on that
key and select export.
Save it as VBSFile.reg to your desktop.
Rename the file to VBSFile.txt and email itto support@sapien.com
Thanks,
Alex
