PrimalScript 7.3.98 Windows 10 64bit

I have never gotten the Sapien updates to work but rather just download and install from your website. NP. Yeah, I know, they work for everyone else.

But when checking for updates I always see the Sapien Updates as in screen shot. Is there a place to manually download that?

Currently, there's nowhere to download the update tool. Let me speak with the web team and see what we can do to fix this.

As for the update tool not downloading, if you've had this problem for this long let's try and get this resolved.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before? Are you behind a proxy?
