Import PrimalScript2012 settings in PrimalScript2014 ?

Is it possible to import the exported PrimalScript2012 "all" settings into 2014?

Not really. The settings files are exported registry settings and are not one-to-one interchangeable.
Which specific settings are you looking to transfer?
