    Module Project File Build:Include Treated as Build:Exclude

    Product, version and build: PSS 2017 5.4.139
    32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
    Operating system: Win 10 Enterprise 1511
    32 or 64 bit OS: 64
    PowerShell Version:5 .0.10586.672

    After upgrading from 5.4.138 to 5.4.139, my module project ignores the Build:Include property when deploying. In 138, files set to Build:Include would be concatenated into a big .psm1 file when I deployed. 139 now treats "include" as "exclude." The "content" selection will copy the file to the destination directory...but this is not ideal for my module. Is this a bug?

    Sorry for the delay. I was able to confirm the issue and it will be resolved in the next service release. We will try to release the build as soon as possible.
