Hi support,

My subscription was expired so my company renewed all our subscriptions but I am unable to get mine to update.

I checked my products on your website, I can see that the renewal was done and my product is good until some date in 2019.

But when I click on "check for udpates" into PowerShell Studio, it tells me that my subsciption is expired and won't update.

I also run it with local admin rights.

Please help.

It seems the product has not detected the change in the subscription's expiration date.
You can download the latest eligible build from your Registered Products page:

https://www.sapien.com/account/products

After the software updates, it should detect the updated expiration date.

Reinstalling the same build will not help in this case. Download and install build v5.5.152 and it will update the information.
