Only Entry "V2 - 32Bit" after Upgrading

Product, version and build: Powershell Studio 2019, 5.6.156
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64-Bit
Operating system: Windows 10, 10.0.17134
32 or 64 bit OS: 64-Bit

After upgrading from Version 5.6.155 to 5.6.156 the only Entry is "V2 - 32Bit" in the Combobox (Home Tab).
What could be the Reason?

It is possible that the caching process was still running. If not, try refreshing the cache in the ribbon (Home->Platform->Refresh Local Cache):

Please let us know if it still only shows V2 after refreshing the cache.

It is possible that the caching process is failing. Please zip the contents of this folder:

C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\SAPIEN\CachedData 2.1\Local Machine

And upload it here:

https://www.sapien.com/support/upload

This way we can take a closer look as to what is happening.

I reviewed the uploaded files and it seems to be missing files that should be there even if the cache fails. Also, some files have the incorrect name, where they are missing a portion of the name.

Let's check the following:

1. Check the Windows Event logs under Applications. Do you see any errors related to CacheBuilder or CacheManager?
2. Let's check if you are missing files:

Please look at the following folders:

C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc\PowerShell Studio 2019\CacheBuilder32
C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc\PowerShell Studio 2019\CacheBuilder64

There should be 10 files in these folders.
Look for two versions of CacheBuilderXX.exe in each.

3. If you rebuild the cache, make sure you only have one instance of PowerShell Studio running.

Can you please provide a list of modules you have installed on your machine?

Ok, I would like you to run
Cachebuilder64 /V5 /LISTONLY
That *should* finish rather quickly

Then check in C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Roaming\SAPIEN\CachedData 2.1\Local Machine
if you have these files:
PowerShell64V5.Modules.Cache
PowerShell64V5.Snapins.Cache

Let me know if that worked.

"Cachebuilder64 /V5 /LISTONLY" returns the following Error:
