To help you better we need some information from you.

Sapien powershell studio is causing windows explorer to crash under certain circumstances. When the user attempts to package a script as an executable and the script is located in the user's onedrive folder, Windows explorer crashes every single time without exception. Here is a nice little video for to demonstrate the issue.

Now I all I can do is hope that you actually care enough to fix it, of which I have none (based on past experiences). But, it can't be said I didn't try.

I will certainly hand this to QA to see if we can replicate your findings. I do not use OneDrive, so I cannot verify this.
According to the output shown in the video you provided, the packaging process completes without error. That means there is no information on our end what might cause this. So the interaction here seems to be that OneDrive crashes Windows Explorer when a file is created and modified. I would suggest to submit these issues to Microsoft, since Windows Explorer and OneDrive are both their software.
When you you submit this to Microsoft, please let us know where so we can add any additional information we might find.
I would also suggest to retrieve any system log entries you may find on your machine related to Windows Explorer crashing. Submit these with your report to Microsoft.
(Please note that there is nothing we could do with them, so don’t post them here)

In the meantime, there is little else we can do here other than maybe simply prevent packaging if the target is detected to be in a OneDrive folder.

Just as an FYI, we have not been able to replicate this issue here.
