To help you better we need some information from you.

*** Please fill in the fields below. If you leave fields empty or specify 'latest' rather than the actual version your answer will be delayed as we will be forced to ask you for this information. ***

Product, version and build: PowerShell Studio 2019 v 5.6.156
32 or 64 bit version of product:64
Operating system:Windows 10 April 2018 Update, Latest Windows Update
32 or 64 bit OS: 64

*** Please add details and screenshots as needed below. ***
When working on new forms, the first control I add does not have any issues - but subsequent controls (upon insertion) produce a missing event handler dialog to appear

If I click on Insert two default events for the control are created in the script. If I click on Remove then only one is present in the script.

I took a video of this in action and posted it below:

We will investigate. Do you have the Automatically insert default events option enabled (in Options->Designer)?

I believe I found the issue and it should be resolved in the next service release.

Please try the latest service build (v5.6.157) and let us know if the issue persists.
