When switching the night light feature in Windows 10 x64 on to reduce blue light, the grey text output in the Output Window changes to a dull red colour when scrolling through the output. If the output is lengthy, this makes is more difficult to go to the "error" output which is in red as it all looks the same. If you scroll very slowly, they default grey colour remains. Seems to behave the same with different PS Themes / skins.

I can only suggest adjusting your monitor's color settings. Screen colors can vary greatly between monitors and it also depends on their calibration.
