Is there a possibility to add additional files and folder into compiled exe?
I would like to add additional files without creating an msi

No, you cannot add existing files and folders to an executable generated with our packager; the executables generated with our packager are a wrapper around a script file. If you want/need to include additional files or folders with your executable, you will need to make an installer.
