issues elevating Powershell studio

Product, version and build:
Operating system: Windows 10 1809 (build: 17763.1879) 64 bit
PowerShell version(s): 5.8.190

Performed an in place upgrade of PS Studio and a full uninstall re-install. When I run PSStudio as a standard user, no issues, when I elevate - I receive an error - log attached

further to - re-install 5.8.188 - elevate issues gone (I like upgrades :) )

Please try build 5.8.191 and let me know if this issue was resolved for you.
