Impersonate problem

Post by CHU-Brugmann »

Hello,

first my info :
Powershell Studio 2021 5.8.194
Windows 11
PowerShell version(s): 5 and 7.1.5

I made a form for the helpdesk do to some stop/start services on remote server as the helpdesk as no writes to do that I must impersonate the exe. In the script packager I put the correct username and password and when I launch the exe I have a popup "The username or password is incorrect." I am of course sure of the credential.

Any help?
All the best.

Most commonly it is remote credentials specified incorrectly.
Is the user id a local id or a domain/remote id? If the latter, how do you specify it?
