Feature Request: Highlight Current Line of Code?

Any chance that the current line of code has some type of faint highlighting? This would make it easier to see where the cursor is at/which line of code is currently being edited:

The option is now available in the latest service release v3.0.3 (Options->Editor->Enable Current Line Highlighting). David
