- Set breakpoint on line1
- Start debugging
- Wait until execution stops prior to line 1
- Right-click line 2, select "Run To Cursor"

Expected: execution to stop prior to line 2
Actual: execution continues through line 2 and beyond

Yes, we are aware. That is a bug in PowerShell V3.
