Due to not having internet access from administrative accounts I need to disable the Time Stamp option when completing code signing. If I leave the Time Stamp option completed with the default time stamp server the signing process hangs for an extended period time until it times out and then the digital signing wizard prompts me to complete the process.
I have cleared the URL in the Option -> PowerShell -> Time Stamp URL but the digital signing wizard still comes up and prompts me to walk thru the code signing process. This was not the same behavior in PSS 2014. I have just upgraded to PSS 2015.

Re: Disable Timestamp for Code Signing
Good news. This will no longer be the case in the next service release.
