We are using 1.1.2 of PrimalSQL and are having the issue of the setup application trying to reinstall the application on login. The normal locations have been checked, Registry, Startup folder, Win.ini, to no success. Is this a known issue with this installation package as it is happening with all platforms we use, XP and Window 7 32 & 64 bit.

Please try the following steps and let me know if this resolves your issue.
1. Uninstall PrimalSQL
2. Delete the following folder if it still exists:
C:Program Files (x86)SAPIEN Technologies, IncPrimalSQL 2009
3. Move or delete the MSI
4. Reboot the machine
5. Reinstall the PrimalSQL

David, thanks for the response. I have already tried all of these steps even to the point of re-dowloading the installation package to no success. It is even doing this on computers that have never had PrimalSQL installed.

Uninstall your current version of PrimalSQL and download the lasted installer from http://my.sapien.com. It should resolve this issue.

Thank you,
