Unhandled Exception: InvalidArgument=Value of '5' is not valid for 'index'

Product, version: PrimalSQL 4.5.75.0
Operating system: Windows 10 20H2
With the latest release of PrimalSQL, on a random basis as I type within the query pane I get one of two anomalies:
1. A popup stating "Unhandled Exception: InvalidArgument=Value of '5' is not valid for 'index'. Parameter name: index."
When I click OK in the popup, the file C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SAPIEN\PrimalSQL 2021\ErrorLog.txt opens in Notepad.exe, with the latest instance of the error written at the end of the file.
2. After that initial error, occasionally a small white popup will appear near the cursor as I type. Sometimes this will move on to the full Unhandled Exception popup, sometimes it disappears.
These do not prevent me from working within PrimalSQL, but they are quite annoying.
