File splitting using Command line

Hi
I have a wrf file (wrf file extension when recorded using webex) and I need to split it using command line without downloading any additional software. How could I do it ?

YOu can't Structured files take an editing tool to split. Each file has to have a header and other elements set up correctly. jvierra2010-06-04 06:42:42
