In the Powershell Studio forum my permissions show as:
Forum permissions

You can post new topics in this forum
You can reply to topics in this forum
You can edit your posts in this forum
You can delete your posts in this forum
You can post attachments in this forum

but when I try to reply to a post there's no reply button showing.

I'm using Chrome browser on windows 7 64-bit same issue from firefox.

An able to reply to my own posts no problem

Please note the italicized text in the orange box labeled "Forum Rules".

Only the original author and our tech personnel can reply to a topic that is created in this forum. If you find a topic that relates to an issue you are having, please create a new topic and reference the other in your post.

ahh missed that did a TL;DR after the first sentence of that note.
