Mate with licensed product left the company

We've got a license for Powershell Studio 2017 about to expire and we'd like to renew it. The thing is that this license was addressed by a mate that already left the company.

He was supposed to rename the account to my user, but I can't log-in (even trying to recover PWD/user).

I've tried to create a new user and register the product, but obviously it says it's in use (we don't know what user/password he used before the renaming).

What can we do?
