Module Manager unable to uninstall old modules

I seem to be able to install new versions and disable old versions of modules but can't uninstall the old (disabled) module versions.

Thank you for reporting the issue. It will be resolved in a upcoming
service build.

Can you please elaborate on which old module version wasn't able to uninstall?
This will help us in reproducing the issue.

I have old modules disabled in my system.
The only way it won't uninstall the module is, if you don't "Enable" back the module. Then, when the module is active again, you can proceed to do the "Uninstall".
Are you trying to "Uninstall" the module while it is "Disable"?
