super soft, I have not seen the parameter that allows you to install a module that requires a license : ex UniversalDashboard

That parameter option is not available in the most recent build of PowerShell ModuleManager. It should be available in an upcoming service release.

Please try the latest service build of PowerShell ModuleManager (v1.1.1).
