Activation Issues

I have unregistered my product using the deactivate process, however when I check in "My Account" under Registered Products i stll see 1 activation being used out of 2 activations. I only have one activation and that is the one I have deactivated. Now when I go to reactivate my product I receive and error: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. I am un able to use the activation process and unable to use the product with my license key. I do have an offline key that I can use for now but there are some other folks that I work with having the same issue and they do not have an offline key that I know of

Update:

I updated PowerShell Studio to 5.2.127 along with the other products in the Suite, and the Activation process worked fine and processed my key information..
