The OS drive in my primary machine had failed and I needed to install a new one and re image. When I went to activate Sapiens, its indicating that I have used 2 of 2 activation and would like to request this to be reset if possible. I use the other activation, however if it is reset, I would be glad to reinstall/reactivate on my other machine if needed. The email tied to the subscription is the same account which I am currently using in the forums.
