When I open PowerShell Studio 2018, there's a green notification bar at the top with the above subject text and a 'Renew' button.
Following the renew button takes me to a page that wants me to renew, but our licenses were already renewed ( I have the packing slip from 6/9/18 ) and the SAPIEN site shows my license is good through 6/2019.
When I click the license button in the upper right, I get the License Information dialog, but the fields are locked (can't put in ID/pwd) and 'Activate' is disabled. The 'Renew Now' button takes me to the same place as the button from the green notification bar.
How do I get my installation to see that its subscription has been renewed?
NOTE: I generally run PSS as a privileged account that doesn't have internet access. When updates are detected, I close, run it as my standard account, upgrade, then come back to my privileged account. I tried that, but it doesn't work for this license issue.
Your subscription will expire in 10 day(s).

Re: Your subscription will expire in 10 day(s).
You can ignore the message since you renewed and are offline. Next time you update the software, it will update the subscription information (internet access needed of course).
Even if the subscription does lapse, the application will continue to function normally.
