cannot activate productivity pack

    cannot activate productivity pack

    I'd never tried the Productivity Pack before, so went to the My Products page and downloaded them.
    Installed 64bit versions on Windows 10 v1809 x64
    Tried to activate with supplied 20-PPK... key but get "Your subscription could not be verified online. Please check you entered the number correctly"
    Tried PowerRegEx, Powershell Help, and PrimalPad. Same result for each. Double checked pasted key matched website.

    I am sorry for the confusion. The PPK was discontinued in 2018. I am not sure why it would show up on your account page or generate a 2020 key for you.
