I followed the instructions to exchange 4.0 for 4.1 license keys for PS Enterprise. Uninstalled 4.0 and installed 4.1. Now, when launching PS, I get the msg:
Unable to determine licence status. Please contact SAPIEN support.

Please let us know what OS you are running and if you are operating with a user id with reduced rights.

Yes, I'm running with reduced rights... I had installed with admin credentials but forgot to run PS the first time with admin credentials. Problem solved.
