We just purchased and registered S3, but when trying to unlock the software, we receive a password incorrect dialog box. We have logged out, logged in, and reset the password on the website, but have not had any luck with the software. Please help!

Sometimes the unlock system has issues with passwords that contain odd characters such as a slash (\) or punctuation such as a period(.).

Please make sure your password doesn't have any such odd characters before unlocking.

Usually it is the / or \ characters that create a problem.
