Hi Alex,

Were you able to review the log file I sent you?
The log file is the output of attempting to install twice in a row.

Hi John.
I apologize if there was a misunderstanding. When I talked about getting logs while installing, I didn't mean to imply that we will analyze them. These logs mean very little without access to the machine and the environment it is in. You have machines where the installer operates correctly, so I would create logs there and compare them to the ones from your computer.
I emphasize once again that MSI is a Windows feature and build by Microsoft, it is not a SAPIEN product, so we are not really able to assist with that.
