This is a behavior use in Visual Studio. You can snap out the editor panel and move it to another screen location while working with multiple codes.
I'm sure people will love this feature.

Thanks for the suggestion, Max! I'll add this to the wish list.

In the meantime, what I do is enable the Allow Multiple Instances option then open a 2nd PowerShell Studio on my other screen so this may help out.
